During the first 7 days following delivery, we offer a return policy so that unwanted goods that have been correctly supplied may be returned. It will be the purchaser's responsibility with any returns to ensure the goods are returned to us intact and in a re-saleable condition. After 7 days, correctly supplied orders will only be accepted for return at our discretion. You must contact us for authorisation before returning any items. We regret we are unable to refund any carriage costs, and the returning party must bear the cost of returning the goods to us, including insuring the item for at least the sale amount.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address supplied by you, the customer, we reserve the right to charge the appropriate carriage fee to re-send the goods in addition to any return carriage costs charged to us by the carrier, should there be any. If you do not wish the goods to be re-sent we will, at our discretion, refund the value of the goods, less any return carriage costs, but we are unable to refund the original carriage fee. If a parcel is returned to us by the carrier after the customer / addressee has failed to uplift the parcel at the carrier's depot upon being told the parcel is being held at the carrier's depot (due to the carrier being unable to deliver the parcel for whatever reason), we reserve the right to charge the customer the costs of resending the parcel and charge for any costs levied against us by the carrier for the return of the parcel.
